We believe in understanding the history of the location to help us understand the potential reasons behind the phenomenon and try to stick to tried and true technology during our investigations (IR cameras, audio recording devices, motion sensors, etc.). 

Note: You can also "opt in," which means if we catch anything during our investigation your home or property could end up on a future episode of the podcast! (We'll obviously keep yoru personal information private.)
